Gastrointestinal tract issues

-Could cause lack of sleep-Due to bad absorption

-Weakens immune system

-IBS is often an undiagnosed infection in the gut, often leads to leaky gut protocol

Water

-Spring water is always a safe choice

-Ideally keep out of plastic unless its BPA free

Heart Math

-Research has found there are actually brain cells in the heart and that the heart actually sends more to brain, than the brain to heart

-Brain is more like a filter for logical calculation and survival

-Our automatic response is often to keep thoughts trapped in the head. The brain takes over which becomes a problem because the brain is looking for logic so the natural response is to resist emotions and when we resist emotions, we intensify whatever the emotion is

-The ideal process would be to be in your emotions and let you feel what you feel

Breath

-Focus on a cadence of 5 seconds in, 5 out

-Set a timer for 3 minutes and focus on positive emotions to synchronize heart and breath
