Our M30 Burn is our premiere large group personal training program with our six sessions per week routine built over a three-week phase. Whether you are a beginner, a fitness enthusiast or somewhere in between, we are able to modify our workout for you to best help you achieve your goals.

All you need is 35 minutes (30 minute workout + 5 minute demo!):

Monday – Sizzle3A: You will tone your arms, legs, butt, chest & shoulders as you build your core stability, shed belly fat and improve your mobility!

Tuesday – m.e.l.t.ABOLIC1: Full Body fat loss training that will create a 24-48 hour post workout fat burn.

Wednesday –Sizzle3B: You will tone your arms, legs, butt, chest & shoulders as you build your core stability, shed belly fat and improve your mobility! Same type of workout as Monday, but different movements!

Thursday – m.e.l.t.ABOLIC2: Full Body fat loss training that will create a 24-48 hour post workout fat burn. Same type of workout as Tuesday, but different movements!

Friday – Belly Fat m.e.l.t.er: A stomach shredding workout that will strengthen your core, reduce lower back pain, and improve your posture.

Saturday – m.e.l.t.ed Cardio: aka “Adult Recess” where you’ll be increasing your cardiovascular endurance without boring cardio.

90% of our m.e.l.t.ers choose our “Inferno” membership where they get access Monday – Saturday.

For best results, we recommend you come 5-6 sessions per week!

Since every workout at m.e.l.t. has a unique focus, its impossible for you to overtrain!

If you only have 1.5 hour per week to achieve your goals?

To Build Muscle, we recommend Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
To Lose Weight, we recommend Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
