M30 PLUS is our 8:1 (m.e.l.t.er : coach) small group training program.

It is for people looking to add a next level to their training, improve their form, increase their strength and definition, and perform more technical movement patterns.

M30 PLUS is for anyone who wants to experience the next level of training, learn more technical movements, and improve their strength in a safe environment. It features:

  • Two-day per week routine over a six-week phase
  • Each person gets a functional movement screen before starting to better assess your fitness level
  • 45 minute workouts
  • Progress tracking over the six weeks
