Can you lose over 20 pounds in seven weeks? That’s the challenge we give to men and women in our community every spring and fall season. During the challenge period participants are given an expertly constructed meal plan and menu to help shed pounds of fat. Along with providing a success guide, m.e.l.t. Fitness also hosts a private Facebook group where participants can share their personal food logs and receive feedback and support from their trainers and each other. Those who were successful in meeting or exceeding the 20-pound challenge had their participation fees refunded. Take a look at the results they got!
