I’m pretty excited to give you this 6 minute workout, so excited my mullet is flaring right now as I type this out…something interesting I found about myself; when I get amped up, my mullet flares. Oops I digress which I always seem to do about my mullet.
But I’m pumped because if you follow this 6 minute workout, TODAY – NOW I know your life will change for the better.
This is NOT a physical workout either…. although it could lead to something physical. (that’s what someone said)
Here it is:
Step 1: Set a timer for 1 minute write down all areas of your body/mind/life you need to work on – ONLY 1 minute. The short time frame will force the most urgent issues to the top of your mind.
Step 2: Circle the MOST pressing issue
Step 3: Take 5 minutes and establish a plan to improve it. Why only 5 minutes? Just like the short time frame given above, longer will paralyze you – trust me. Answer the following questions:
- What needs to be done?
- Who do you need to help you?
- What will motivate you to get this done?
- What will you need to read or listen to?
- What potential issues do you see arising?
- How will you respond to these issues?
- How will you track this?
