What is “grazing”?  Besides something that large mammals do, grazing is the practice of eating small portions of food at frequent intervals during the day in place of larger meals eaten 3 times each day. The theory behind grazing is that it is supposed to keep your metabolism at a fairly consistent level, allowing you to burn more calories.
